Kelby has served as independent mix engineer on projects for such notable Recording Artist as Rick Ross, Yung Joc, Jamie Foxx, R. Kelly, Ray J, Snoop Dogg, and Ice Cube just to name a few. Kelby Clarke was born with music in his blood. The Son of Jazz vocalist Joan Clarke, Kelby has enjoyed singing and making music all of his life but it wasn't until the age of 19 that he realized how truly gifted he was. He then began his journey to pursue a full time career in the music industry. Kelby is an accomplished singer, songwriter, and composer. Having penned and produced hundreds of songs for indie and established artists across the country. Kelby is highly skilled engineer and has built a formidable personal studio suite based around the Pro Tools Le DAW running on a Digi 003 with the complete production tool kit, Waves bundle, mojave microphone, ART pre-amp, Logic Pro, and a Macbook Pro (Intel Core Duo). This system is powerful yet mobile allowing Kelby to travel to his clients if needed.
