My Best Friend Jacob is a Canadian born music producer. Jacob has been a part of some of the biggest pop culture moments over the past several years. In 2016 he created the sound design for Kanye West’s polarizing “Famous” music video, which was earned nominations for Best Male Video and Video of the Year at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. In 2018 Jacob produced the music for Kylie Jenner's “To Our Daughter” baby announcement video, which received 27 million views in its first 24 hours online. Jacob also helped bring the Weeknd’s “My Dear Melancholy” to life in 2018 with the Apple Music docuseries “Another you”. Jacob scored and co-edited the 3 part documentary which claimed the top 3 spots of the Apple Music charts upon its release.
