What is the difference between leasing and exclusive rights?

• If you buy a beat on lease, then it remains on sale and other people will also be able to buy it. If you buy exclusive rights I remove the beat from my website/beatstars and it is no longer available for purchase.

• If you can't find the beat on my website it means that someone has bought exclusive rights to it and it is no longer available for purchase.

Will there be tags on the beat after the purchase?

• No, after the purchase you get a beat without tags.

I offer to negotiate the purchase of exclusive rights but I get no response.

• To begin with wait a while, if I do not respond to the offer for a long time it means that many people want to buy the beat on lease and at the moment I am not ready to sell exclusive rights to the beat.
